Emergency

We’re proud to provide our own in-house 24-hour emergency service for clients within our visit zones. 

If you have an emergency during our standard opening hours, please call us on 01451 820137 so that our reception team can dispatch or redirect a nearby vet to you as soon as possible. 

Outside of our opening hours, please call us on 01451 820137. You will hear a message giving you the direct mobile phone number of the senior vet on duty at that time. 

It is helpful to provide a location and phone number, should your details at the time differ from those on our system, as this will help our vet find you quickly.

We have two out of hours vets on duty at all times, and depending on your location and problem we will send a vet to you or meet you and your horse at our clinic.

If you need immediate advice, we can also put you in touch with the vet who is on their way to you.
